2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the CPDunlimited website, applications, and all associated services.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "CPD" refers to Continuing Professional Development.
• "Content" refers to courses, lessons, assessments, videos, certificates, and any other material available through the Platform.
• "Professional Council" refers to any regulatory body governing a healthcare profession.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. CPD Courses and Enrollment

The Platform provides CPD courses designed for healthcare professionals. By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

• Complete coursework honestly and without external assistance where prohibited.
• Abide by any time limits, proctoring requirements, or access restrictions associated with assessments.
• Accept that CPD points are awarded only upon successful completion of all required course components.

Course availability, content, and CPD point values may change at our discretion.

5. Assessments and Academic Integrity

Assessments may include proctoring features such as webcam monitoring, tab-switch detection, and screenshot capture. By attempting an assessment, you consent to these measures. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty may result in:

• Invalidation of the assessment attempt.
• Revocation of awarded CPD points or certificates.
• Suspension or permanent ban from the Platform.

6. CPD Points and Certificates

CPD points earned through the Platform are tracked and may be submitted to your Professional Council on your behalf, where supported. Certificates are issued upon course completion and can be verified via the Platform.

While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, you remain responsible for confirming that your CPD records meet the requirements of your Professional Council.

7. Payments and Refunds

Certain courses may require payment. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.

• Fees are non-refundable once you have accessed course content or attempted an assessment, unless otherwise required by law.
• If a technical error prevents you from accessing paid content, contact support for resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform -- including courses, assessments, videos, graphics, logos, and software -- is owned by CPDunlimited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content.
• Use any automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional credentials.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPDunlimited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of CPD points, loss of data, or inability to access content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including CPD point calculations or council submission outcomes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will cease immediately.
• Previously earned certificates remain verifiable.
• You may request a copy of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where CPDunlimited operates.
