Courses & Enrollment

Visit the Course Catalog, find the course you want, and click "Enroll". If the course requires payment, you will be guided through the payment process. Some courses may also require you to be a registered member of a specific professional group.

Yes. All your enrolled courses are listed on the My Courses page under your dashboard. You can resume any course at any time from where you left off.

Courses with deadlines are automatically marked as expired when their end date passes. If you do not complete the course before the deadline, it may be marked incomplete. Contact support if you believe there has been an error.

Most courses are open to all registered users. Some courses are restricted to specific professional groups (e.g., nurses, pharmacists). The course detail page will clearly indicate any restrictions.

To enroll in a course, visit the Course Catalog and select the course you want to join. If the course requires payment, you will be guided through the payment process. If you are having trouble enrolling, please provide more details.

CPD Points & Certificates

CPD points are awarded automatically when you successfully complete a course — this includes finishing all lessons and passing any required assessments. The number of points varies by course and is shown on the course detail page.

Navigate to Dashboard > CPD Points to view your total earned points, your target, and submission status to your professional council. You can also see a breakdown by course and time period.

Certificates are automatically generated when you complete a course. Go to Dashboard > Certificates, find the relevant course, and click Download or Print. Certificates can also be shared via a public verification link.

CPDunlimited can automatically submit your points to supported professional councils. Check your CPD Points page to see if your council is integrated. If not, you can download a transcript to submit manually.

You can view your CPD points progress on the CPD Points page. Navigate to Dashboard > CPD Points to see your earned points, target, and submission status to your professional council.

Your certificates are available on the Certificates page. Once you complete a course or module, your certificate will be automatically generated. You can view, download, or print it from there.

Payments & Refunds

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers through our secure payment provider, Paystack. Available options are shown at checkout.

All payment history and receipts are available on the Payments page under your dashboard. You can download a receipt for any completed transaction.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific course. Generally, refund requests must be made before you start the course content. If you have a payment dispute, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

This can occasionally happen due to network issues. Wait a few minutes and refresh your My Courses page. If enrollment is still not confirmed after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it promptly.

You can view all your payment history and receipts on the Payments page. If you need a refund or have a payment dispute, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Assessments & Proctoring

Assessments are accessible from your course learning page or from Dashboard > Assessments. You must complete the required lessons before an assessment becomes available.

Some assessments require webcam access for identity verification. You will be notified before starting a proctored assessment. Ensure you are in a well-lit, quiet environment and that your webcam is functioning before you begin.

If you do not reach the passing score, you may be allowed to retake the assessment after a waiting period. The number of attempts and waiting period are configured per assessment and will be shown on the assessment page.

Once an assessment is started, it runs within a time limit and should not be paused. Navigating away or closing the browser may be flagged as a proctoring violation and could result in automatic submission.

Account & Security

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Profile to update your name, title, specialty, and other personal details. Changes are saved immediately.

Email address changes are handled through the Security section of your settings. You will receive a confirmation to both your old and new email addresses as a security measure.

Your professional group can be updated in Settings > Professional Profile. Note that changing your professional group may affect which courses are visible to you. Some specialty changes require administrator approval.
